Michelin G. Whipple 1915-2007

"Mimi" was my mother - a true watercolor artist. She painted landscapes at Army posts in the U.S. to Corregidor, P.I. (Where I was born.) After WWII, Esso International sent us to Sumatra, S. Africa, and Singapore where Mimi learned Chinese brush painting from a Master. Hence, her CHOP. Her greeting cards of Cape Cod flowers and her Birds (such charachter!) Inspired me to put words to her "Angry Bird" and the "precious pair" (birth of Jesus).
